This card was posted at Post Secret a couple of weeks ago and I love it. It made me laugh out loud and I still smile looking at it. Plus, I haven't been able to go in or near the water without dreaming of being a mermaid...

This first layout that I made with the kit is of my buddy Vincent in the pool with his big brother and sister. Vincent has been channeling her inner "merman" this summer. He has declared everyday a bathing suit day. His swimming trunks are the only things he wants to wear and it makes no difference if he is going swimming or not. When he goes somewhere that requires more clothing than a bathing suit he just puts them on over his swimming trunks. LOL!

The city of Miami is now 114 years old! Alot of people don't like Miami, but I think it's the best place on Earth!

No matter what day of the week it is there are some things that are constant in Miami. I guarantee that you can always find children laughing, salsa music playing, a couple holding hands by the water and some Cuban gentlemen playing dominos.

Life here is good!

I am proud that I was born here, wish that I had grown up here and glad that I came back as an adult.
