I am having so much fun doing the challenge a day activities at Stuff to Scrap! Well, I've done some of them. LOL! They are still fun and you should visit the forum and check them out. You can have fun, get some pages scrapped and earn some prizes.

Yesterday's challenge was to scrap a recipe and most of the designers are so nice that they said we could give away the recipe cards/pages we made with their graphics if we took part in the challenge. Well, we all know that I'm not the best cook, but I'm a pretty good eater so I jumped on this one. I can tell you that this recipe is awesome.....as long as I'm not the one cooking it!

I used graphics from the After Dusk kit by Digi-Designs by Nicole. Nicole has some awesome kits in her store and this is just one of them so make sure you check out her kits!

If you would like this recipe you can download the 5x7 recipe card below the picture.

TGIF!!!

I am excited that about tomorrow being Friday! This week has been a long one!

Today one of the boys in my class came out of the bathroom all wet. When I asked him why he was wet he said that he had washed his hair. The rest of the kids laughed and he just stood there and smiled. I asked him to please tell me that he used the sink to wash his hair and not the toilet. He said that he did and that I needed more soap. LOL! Then he skipped off to his chair like it was the most normal thing in the world to wash your hair with hand soap in the Kindergarten bathroom.

I told my friends that they could make a TV show about my class, but that I wasn't sure if it would be a comedy or a horror. LOL!

It's my bedtime now. Enjoy your day and look for me at digifree.

You have got to see the new kit called Thanksgiving Weekend by Scraps of Ellay. This kit is just awesome! There are 16 papers, 51 elements, an alphabet and some super Thanksgiving wordart.

You can use this one kit to scrap everything about Thanksgiving from the drive to the in-laws house, to preparing the turkey, to the family football game, to eating the biggest meal of the year, to falling asleep on the couch after eating. Take a look at this preview...

Can you believe how big this kit is? Well, Ellay also has some matching glitter papers and quickpages in her Stuff to Scrap store. Make sure you go check this kit out!

I'm going to get some sleep now. Enjoy your day and look for me on digifree!

What a day!

None of my friends seem to agree with me on this, but I don't like the time change. It was nice getting that extra hour of sleep, but I hate wasting my daylight hours going to work. I would much rather be able to enjoy them after I get off work. Now it's getting dark way too early!

One of my old students came to visit me today. I share a birthday with his big brother, so I told him that it wasn't much longer until my birthday and that I was going to be 7. Well, he remembered that I turned 6 last year when he was in my class and he called me on it. He announced that I wasn't going to be 6 like I was telling my class, but that I was going to be 7. LOL!

Want to get a great kit for a wonderful price and some free recipe cards too? April has her Holiday Baking kit on sale now and it using it for a recipe card exchange. Just buy the kit and use it to make a digital recipe card with one of your favorite recipes on it. Email the card to April before November 30th and you'll receive links to download all the submitted cards.

Doesn't that sound like fun! You can use the recipe cards for yourself and/or give them to someone for a Christmas present. They'll make a great Christmas present for someone who is newly married, just moving out on their own, or is like me and can't cook. LOL!

Check out the flier below then head over to April's blog for more details.

It's my bedtime so I'm going to get some sleep. Enjoy your day and make sure you look for me at digifree!
