I'm so bad about keeping up with things. I've received several blog awards that I haven't followed through on. SORRY! I'll get on those soon, I promise. Today, Dianna tagged me for 8 things me-me. I'm going to do this now before I forget. LOL!

Every now and then, we'll order in lunch at school instead of bringing it from home. Lately, it seems like we're doing it every Friday. LOL! Well, we were talking today about where we would order from and decided to go with a "real" restaurant instead of the usual delivery places. It looks like we're getting lunch from Chili's tomorrow. Can't wait! Just wish we could get the margaritas, too. LOL!

I'm not unbalanced anymore!

Well, I'm not AS unbalanced as I was. LOL! Tonight, for the first time, I completed all eight levels of the table balance on wii fit. YIPPEE! I had made it to the eighth level before, but had never finished it before running out of time. Now I have and I am rather proud of myself. Can you tell? LOL!

Have you ever done the 10 minute free run on wii fit? Have you noticed that Mario is on the bridge? Do you know why he's there? Does he do anything special? LOL! He's probably just there to make people think he does something when he really doesn't. If you haven't noticed him yet look for him. When you're on the first bridge after the run starts and you get to the top. He's on the right hand side of the bridge right as you start to go down the hill. He looks like grafitti on the bridge, but he's there.

Back in October I posted about having dinner with my "What if Guy". Well, guess who's coming to town this weekend? You guessed it! Mr. What if himself will be in Miami on Friday. I'm excited about seeing him again. This time he's going to meet some of my friends. Poor guy! I hope he's up to the challenge. LOL!

I'm glad to be touching base with an old friend again because it looks like I'm losing a a current friend. I'm not sure why she's angry with me and I've tried asking. She just rolls her eyes and walks away mumbling. She isn't always the easiest person to get along with, but she's never treated me like this before. I know she has an unhappy home life and I've tried to be understanding. For weeks now I tried to give her space to get over what ever is bothering her. I've tried to make nice. I've bitten my tongue instead of losing my temper at her behavior. Nothing seems to make a difference. I feel like there's nothing else I can do. It's all so sad.

Now, on a happier note, my buddy Dianna at Digicats is working on a chocoholic kit that she'll be releasing soon! That motivated me to share this with you today instead of saving it for later. I hope she can use it in her kit and I hope you can use it for your projects too!

Another rainy day

Well, today brought rain, rain and more rain. Do you know what it's like to be in a classroom with 18 kindergarten students that you can't take outside to play? Well, it's not a lot of fun! LOL!

The weather man says the rain is going to stop and the weather will be dropping. I wonder how much it will drop. It's late April so it shouldn't drop too much, but this has been a crazy weather year so who knows. LOL!

It looks like our end of the school year party for the kids and their parents will have a luau theme. If you've got some ideas of things to do that you can share with me, I would really appreciate it. Space is limited and there will be lots of people so we can't go too crazy. LOL!

My buddy, April is retiring some of her kits at Scrap it Sassy and that means you can pick up some kits for only one or two dollars! Now, how can you pass that up?

Tonight I was doing the 10 minute free run on wii fit. Don't ask me why! LOL! Any way, I'm standing all alone in front of the TV jogging in place when Orange Croc Guy's mii tried to pass me. Well, I just couldn't let that happen so I started going faster. When I dropped back down to the slower pace... there he was trying to pass me again. I started going faster again and this time I kept going. I got a message that I was going to fast to be safe and needed to slow down. Well, I had to choose between being unsafe and letting Orange Croc Guy pass me and I wasn't about to let him pass me. LOL! So, the wii fit made my mii fall! It didn't just make me fall. It made me fall and turn a summersault. LOL! Needless to say, Orange Croc Guy passed me and I didn't see his mii again. Don't worry, I'll get him back...someday. LOL!

Man oh man, was Monday ever a Monday! I'm sure you've had days like that. Days when you wish you had called in sick and then gone to the beach. LOL! After the day I had, I really hope the rest of the week is boring!

We got some much needed rain today. It rained off and on. Of course, the on part was when I needed to go outside to get from one place to another and the off part was when I was safely inside. That's the story of my day!

Happy Monday! Yeah, right! LOL! I'm trying to psych myself up for another week. It gets so hard this time of year. I think the teachers are worse than the kids from spring break to the start of summer vacation.

This morning my friend and I went for a walk along the water. The spring breakers are clearing out and we're happy about that. LOL! Of course, I'm sure the hotels, restaurants and bars aren't as happy as we are.

My friend is now trying to plan a surprise party for her husband's 45th birthday this summer and has roped me into helping. Well, OK, she didn't have to twist my arm or anything. After all, it is a party. LOL! As far as I can tell, my job is going to be making sure she is able to keep it a secret. Not sure how I'm going to do that since I talk more than she does. LOL!

Today Deanna "Flowerscraps" is giving away the first part of her new kit called Sweet Love on her blog. It's a beautiful kit so you don't want to miss it! Here's a preview of the whole kit for you to see...



I was able to play around and get one layout done using another one of my London pictures.

We had some beautiful weather today! It's hard to believe that some areas are still getting snow.

I got up early today and finished all the things I had to do so that I could do the things I wanted to do. Well, maybe I didn't get up that early, but I still finished the things I needed to. LOL!

My buddy, Orange Croc Guy, had everyone over to his place for a cookout tonight then he proceeded to kick all our butts at wii golf. The margaritas did nothing to improve my game! The only thing I'm worse at then wii golf is real golf. LOL!

We took the boat out for a sunset ride and that is always fun! Then it was back to Orange Croc Guy's for more margaritas and laughter.

Now, I'm really tired and must get some sleep! Enjoy your day.

Weekend & Wii

The weekend is finally here! I'm so happy! I went over to my friend's house tonight to dinner and drinks. It was fun cause all my friends were there and we were all excited about it being Friday!

I got my wii fit for Christmas so I've had it since December. This week, for the first time, I made it to the end of the Balance Bubble. I know it's sad that it took me that long to make it, but at least I made it! LOL! Well, today I go to try the Balance Bubble again and I want you to know that the stupid bee came along and popped my bubble. How mean is that?!? LOL! I tried again and made it to the end. YIPPEE! When you don't get to the end it tells you how many yards you've traveled, but once you make it to the end it tells you your time. I wanted to try and make it to the end one more time, but that mean stupid bee popped my bubble again.

After that I gave up and moved on to another activity. Then I went out and told all my friends about the mean bee and how it was picking on me for no reason! They laughed at me. LOL!

I don't have any big plans for the weekend. I am going to take it easy, relax and try to out run that stupid bee again. LOL!
