This morning at school I ran into a student that had been in my room a few years back. This kid is still in elementary school bust as soon as he saw me he said, "Wow, are you still teaching?" I asked just how old he thought I was. Luckily, the kid was smart enough not to answer that question!
After my students came to class and were getting settled in for the day one of them brought me the ear covering from a set of headphones at the computers. Another student called out that it was a donut and everyone got excited. Even after I showed them the headphones and got the covering back where it was supposed to be I had kids looking for donuts.
I think some of them still believe I have a secret donut stash hidden under the table.
I wish I had a secret donut stash hidden under the table!
Lol a donut stash... you'd have ALL of the students wanting to come learn with you! Hehehe..
