OK, guys, I have no idea what is going on with box! Hopefully things will get worked out sooner rather than later.

Just curious, is this issue that when you click download, it doesn't start? (and actually complete the download?) FYI, with your creations, because you upload them in png format, we can actually click on the wordart to enlarge and then right click and save to get the download. Just sayin'.
