Everytime we go to Gatlinburg the day either starts or ends with a drive through Cades Cove. There is also always something I want to find while we're there. This time it was the cave...
Everyone wanted to know if I was dumb.....I mean brave.....enough to go inside the cave. The answer is YES! Well, you can't go in too far because the park rangers have put up a metal fence to block the way. I'm sure that is to protect humans and animals.
I don't think I speak that language either!! Great pics - I wouldn't have been brave enough to enter the cave though! Thanks for the sentiment and sharing pics and stories of your trip.

Cades Cove is one of our favorite spots. It was the first time I had ever seen a bear. We love going early in the morning seeing all those spider webs glistening with the morning dew and the sun shining on them. What a great place. We could happily have a house there.
