Oh man, has this weekend ever flown by. I didn't get nearly enough done, but I did get lots and lots of sleep. I'm heading back to bed again soon. LOL!

I told you that april has been busy this month and she's still working agay. She sent me a picture of something she drew today and it is going to be cute! I can't wait to see the kit she puts together!

Have you ever had one of those days where everything you do takes twice as long as it should? Well, that's how my day went. I didn't get half of the things done that I needed to because I just couldn't concentrate. Oh well, everything left undone will still be there tomorrow. LOL!

I was out running errands today and I actually met up with some friends that I hadn't seen in years. They're in town on vacation so we had lunch together and got caught up on things. I'm jealous that they're on vacation and I'm not!

Ok, I am officially a wimp! I went tout for dinner and drinks with my friends and was so tired I had to call it a night and come home early. I've already napped and am ready to go back to bed for the night. LOL! Man, this week really kicked my butt!

In honor of surviving my first week back at school I thought I would stop in and give you an extra wordart. I thought this one was a perfect fit for how I feel this week. LOL!

I am so glad that this week is ending. I plan on getting all kinds of sleep this weekend!

The bright spot in my otherwise horrible week came today when one of my students from last year came by to visit me. He said that my class room was his happy place. He made my day, my week, my month and very possibly my year.

It's amazing how tired the first week of school makes me! I plan on sleeping through the weekend----if it ever gets here! We had our first fire drill of the year today and that's always fun. NOT! LOL!

My lunch didn't get stolen today so I guess that's a plus. LOL! I did tell my assistant principal that I would be constantly reminding her that I have to eat lunch alone. She just laughed at me. Sometimes, it's a bad thing when no one takes you seriously!
