The weekend is finally here! I'm so happy! I went over to my friend's house tonight to dinner and drinks. It was fun cause all my friends were there and we were all excited about it being Friday!

I got my wii fit for Christmas so I've had it since December. This week, for the first time, I made it to the end of the Balance Bubble. I know it's sad that it took me that long to make it, but at least I made it! LOL! Well, today I go to try the Balance Bubble again and I want you to know that the stupid bee came along and popped my bubble. How mean is that?!? LOL! I tried again and made it to the end. YIPPEE! When you don't get to the end it tells you how many yards you've traveled, but once you make it to the end it tells you your time. I wanted to try and make it to the end one more time, but that mean stupid bee popped my bubble again.

After that I gave up and moved on to another activity. Then I went out and told all my friends about the mean bee and how it was picking on me for no reason! They laughed at me. LOL!

I don't have any big plans for the weekend. I am going to take it easy, relax and try to out run that stupid bee again. LOL!

I admit I'm a chocoholic. Hey, who isn't? LOL! There have been plenty of people eating lots of chocolate at school this week. At school today, my friend Terry even did a chocolate run for us. LOL!

One of the special needs students in my class announced that he wanted to go be in my friend, Mrs. Pearson's class today. He had gone to her room to show off a certificate he got. When he returned he said he wanted to be in her class. I asked him why and he said, "I love her." I asked why he loved her and his answer was, "Because she's going to lunch now." LOL! You just gotta love his reasoning and honesty!

Man oh man, am I ever tired! This has been a long week and it's not even over yet. I fell asleep on the couch when I got home today. I think I could have slept through the night. LOL!

The good news for the day is that they finally painted over the vandalism at school. I wonder how long it will take before it happens again.

Did you get your taxes filed? Mine have been filed, received and spent. LOL! That was my London money.

On Tuesday morning I woke up to this very strange sound. I tired going back to sleep but the sound wouldn't stop. It was the alarm! LOL! I was so tired that I didn't even recognize it and tried to sleep through it. Thank goodness I got up and got to work on time.

Speaking of work....every time we have a long weekend or a vacation our school gets vandalized. Spring break was no different. We've being greeted each morning by walls that have bad words and gang names spray painted on them. Sad isn't it? I'm not sure why it's taking so long for someone to paint over it all or why they haven't covered some of the worst parts in some other way.

The really sad part is that last year after one long weekend they were able to figure out who some of the kids were that painted things on the buildings. They were only in the third grade! The joys of big city living...

OK, enough of that! Lets talk about something happier. Have you scraped your Easter pictures yet? Here's one more page I made using April's Easter Fun Kit...



At the rate I'm going, I'll have my Easter pictures done in time to start on next year's pictures. LOL!

I used the stamp frame and a background paper from Flowerscraps Soft and Sweet Kit to scrap some more pictures from my London trip. These are pictures from the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.

WOW! Was it ever hard going back to work today. I missed my nap this afternoon. LOL! Of course, most of the morning was spent passing out the little gifts we bought for people in London and looking at pictures. The afternoon did drag on though! I'm not really sure how I'm still awake now. LOL!

Here's another layout I made using April's Easter Fun Kit. The first picture shows the kids before they started looking for the eggs and the second was taken after they had finished. It was really funny to watch them running around. Lots of times they had eggs falling out of their baskets and they didn't ever realize it.

I'm having a blonde moment and I just can't remember if I shared this candy bar wrapper with you or not so I'm going to share it now. LOL! I made it using April's New Home Kit. I had a friend that moved and wanted to give candy bars with her new address to friends instead of the little postcards. You can never go wring with chocolate! LOL! Here's a preview for you. I used some papers from Flowerscraps Snakes and Snails Kit to scrap some pictures of The London Eye. We were really lucky and had a beautiful day when we took our ride on The Eye. It was a little cloudy, but the views were still great!

I have to admit that I'm bummed. Spring break is over and it's back to work for me. Sad isn't it? LOL!

I had time to play with some London pictures today. We were in Trafalgar Square on Palm Sunday and a small parade of a minister, a choir, a band and several people being led by a donkey came through. They were from St Martin in the Fields church and were walking through the city of London stopping in certain areas to sing a hymn and say a prayer before moving on. Anyone that wanted to join them in their walk was more than welcomed to.
