We had air conditioning today! All day!

And....my friend Natalie was able to get my smartboard on working properly so tomorrow's reading and math lessons will go much smoother!

I can't wait to see what surprises tomorrow brings!

The camera battery is charging, my "first day" outfit is laid out and I'm heading to bed hoping for a good night's sleep before meeting my new group of kindergarten ears.

As I was walking out of school today with my arms full of things to do over the weekend for Monday morning I ran into my principal.  I told him that I would be doing the rest of my work at home in front of the TV with a glass of wine.  I then told him I would see him Monday morning and while indicating the bag full of work in my hands said, "I have no idea what my things are going to look  like."

He laughed.  I was serious!

However, I am happy to report that after more than two glasses of wine, my work is still sitting untouched on the table.  Lol!

After working for four whole days I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that it's Friday.

When I leave school tomorrow I'm meeting up with my friends, who are already claiming that I've ignored them since going back to work, for an early happy hour and dinner.  Then, I'll probably spend the rest of the weekend in pajamas.
