Check out this picture that Sebastian's mom shared...

 He was the score keeper and bench coach for the team.  He was able to warm up and exercise with the team too.

I am so proud of him and I just want to hug the coaches for letting him be part of the team!  I am so proud of him, and I'm glad that he is making a place for himself in the world.  I am so proud of him, but I will never stop missing the tiny little boy that used to scare the monsters away from the playground for me.


OK, OK, enough teacher mushy stuff!

Now, let's move on to the teacher crazy stuff.  LOL!

At school, we were all given a circle and asked to write a wish that we had down.  The circles are going to be used for an employee rainbow of wishes bulletin board in an area where the kids won't see it.  So.....here's my wish...

It's Monday again and I'm not excited about that, but I am excited about driving my new car to work...

 

I know it's not the best picture!

It's hard to believe that I'm not a VW girl anymore!  I really did love my other car, but it was just never the same after that whole parked car hit and run ordeal.  Since I moved, I'm not able to walk to as many places as I was able to walk to before and it just bothered my.  So, now I'm a Jeep girl!

Before I left the dealership, I walked up to the car as they were moving the tags from my old car to the new one and they were putting their little frame around the tag.  I told them about the ticket I got because of the last one (Remember that?) and they couldn't believe it.  They had never heard of that before and I assured them that I hadn't heard of it either until I found the ticket on my windshield.  

They did enjoy the story of the sarcastic letter I send in to the clerk of courts with the photo of my car proving that I had removed the highly illegal frame.  LOL

So, over the weekend, I had another day where I tried to cook.  Which means that I had another day where I had to open the sliding doors to let the smoke out.  One of my Facebook friends says that I should just start referring to my cooking as "cajun".  But, I'm pretty sure that's not what "blackened" means!  LOL!

I also realized that after being way too excited about finding Blue Bell ice cream in the store again I brought it home and put it in the microwave instead of the freezer.  I won't admit to how long it stayed in the microwave, but I will tell you that I ended up pouring it down the sink. 

I wonder if I should check into home health care?  Maybe a personal security guard?  I'm pretty sure that when I try to cook I am a real danger to myself!
