The top 5 things I heard from my students this year that I hope to hear again...
5. I like the way your voice sounds when you read.
4. I really like school.
3. You make this stuff fun.
2. You're the prettiest!
And the #1 thing I hope to hear again .......
I was hoping you would be my teacher.
We're finally having the Luau party! I'll have photos to share soon.
On Thursday, in honor of the last day of school, I'll share the top 5 things I hope to NEVER hear again.

Rowena said when she went in for the PTA thing, they had flash cards with flowers on them and kids had to name the flowers. She said she felt inferior because she could only name two of the 15 flowers. (New game show - Are You Smarter than a Pre-K student?) I probably couldn't name much more than that either, judging from my floundering around with flowers in my scrapkits, but boy...do I know my seashells!

ReplyDeleteHey Ginger,
ReplyDeleteI know it's a long time comin', but I've been crazy-busy this past month and I finally got around to paging through your site for your wonderful WA. I tried to download "girls of summer" and there's some kind of javascript error. Am I too late to get this? Oh well, if so. Take care. I totally love your work. Thanks for all you've shared.
